1. Social Compliance Policy

2. PROHIBITION OF CHILD LABOUR POLICY

YKK Pakistan does not employ Child Labour nor does it support the use of Child Labour.
The minimum age for recruitment for all levels of employees shall be 18 years or above. At the time of employment it is ensured that all employees are of minimum age as set by YKK Pakistan. It is ensured that any contract employees engaged through contractors, subcontractors, or vendors, working in our premises, shall also be above the minimum age as set by company policy. 

3. PROHIBITION OF FORCED LABOUR POLICY

YKK Pakistan ensures that employees working in its facility are doing so voluntarily and do not engage in or support the use of forced labour. Neither the company nor any entity providing labour to the company shall withhold any part of any personnel’s salary, benefits, property, or documents in order to force such personnel to continue working for the company. 4. ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

YKK Pakistan is committed to provide a work environment which is free form harassment and in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. It is the company’s responsibility to prevent and eliminate harassment in the workplace.
Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited at work place. It includes personal & sexual harassment, poisoned work environment and abuse of authority.
The workplace includes but is not limited to the physical work site, washrooms, cafeterias, training rooms, business travel, pick & drop vehicles, conferences or any other work related venues& social gatherings.

5. ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

YKK Pakistan ensures that being an “equal opportunity employer”, company will not discriminate and will take affirmative action and measures against discrimination in all its operations and business, including employment, recruitment, and advertisement of employment, compensation, termination, upgrading, promotions, and other conditions of employment ag inst any employee or job applicant on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, health or sex.

6. POLICY ON BRIBERY AND FRAUD

Organization or its employees may not give or receive bribes or gifts to gain business or financial advantage.
Any demand for or offer of such a bribe must be immediately rejected and reported to the Immediate Manager/ Department Head/ Management.
All gifts received must be reported to the Department Head in writing.
Fraudulent activities – whether within the office premises or external – will not be tolerated and can result in termination of employment.

7. GIFTS GIVING AND RECEIVING POLICY

Policy
The giving or receiving of business gifts is a customary way to strengthen business relationships and, with some restrictions, is a lawful business practice. . This is company policy to authorize its nominated employees to give / receive lawful gifts in pursuance of company business requirement while dealing with clients / vendors or government officials with a clear intention of legitimate business objectives to attain with emphasis not to influence any business decision making at both sides.
